We all have a magnificent part within ourselves, something very special. Why can’t we see that beauty? Because we do not practice enough to awaken the conscience. We do not let the conscience to talk to us. There is a constant argument between conscience and habits. Strong habits win and conscience looses.
The voice of the conscience is not heard and the voice of the mind is very loud. We must listen to our conscience and not the mind. This is the first step to enlightnment.
When we listen to the conscience we are getting closer and closer to Reality. The conscience is the friend within that is always there for us.
We do not need that much. Some people go to different retreats, and get different teachers and different mantras but they do not practice so they can not hear the voice of their conscience. They blame the teacher, or the Tradition or everything else and the only thing they need to do is practice and follow the voice of their conscience.

A good teacher tries to make the students aware of the friend within. That there is something within you that is great. If you learn to listen to that inner friend then your personality is transformed. There is no book in the entire world that can teach you that. If you go to your teacher to ask a question, still the answer come from your inner friend.
There is a difference between your mind and your friend called conscience. Conscience always wants to help you to improve yourself an unfold your Truth but mind is always trying to persuade you not to practice. That is why you do not practice everyday.
Practice, practice, practice. Do not postpone it any more.

Repeating something again and again for a long time creates a solid habit. First we need determination and discipline . We want to do the work, we have to do the work and we do the work. Without determination we can not reach the goal. We will be lazy and find the most amazing excuses not to meditate.
We all have our inner Teacher that guides us all the time but our habits patterns are so strong that we can not listen to our inner Teacher. Once mind begins to listen to the inner whispers then we are introduced to the Teacher within.
Listen to the messages coming from silence!

Most of us begin the practice of Yoga with postures (asanas) but as we make progress on the practice we begin to explore other deeper aspects of Yoga that lead us to walk the Spiritual Path. The practice of advanced pranayama and meditation lead us to Self Transformation and Self- Unfoldenment.
Join us in this remarkable weekend seminar and together we will understand the philosophical context of the techniques and practices that will remove the obstacles along the path. Giving selflessly is the highest expression of love . Those who are able to give without attachment are able to experience true happiness giving all they have for the benefit of others. They use a little bit of what is left for their own existence and they continue giving the rest to others. As nature does , the raindrop sacrifices itself and becomes part of the plant , the sun gives its energy to give light and life to all beings. The rain that nourished the plants, herbs, and all sorts of food for human beings is a free gift from providence. The entire Universe is a gift, and it continues giving of itself for all.
That is what I call love.
